Our beloved seniors have experienced so many challenges during the past few years. The pandemic-related healthcare crisis at senior care facilities and the traumatic effects of extreme isolation on their physical and mental health has been heartbreaking.

In addition, the threat of being robbed or carjacked has shaken our seniors’ sense of comfort and well-being. From a financial standpoint, Minnesota remains one of the few states to withhold taxes on social security benefits, and runaway inflation is exacting a steep toll on our seniors’ financial health. Our seniors deserve better.
